Learning Goals

This 2-day course is targeting Dynamics CRM Developers who want to acquire a better understanding of SharePoint 2007 and its possibilities to integrate with Dynamics CRM. It highlights the extensibility features of both products to create bidirectional integrated solutions. The following topics will be combined with the use of CRM features like Plug-Ins, Custom Workflow Activities, CRM Web Services and Customizations: Introduction to Office and SharePoint 2007. Working with Sites, Workspaces, Lists and Libraries. SharePoint 2007 Development Introduction: the Object Model and Web Services. Building Web Parts. The Business Data Catalog and the Business Data Web Parts. MOSS 2007 Search.

Prerequisites

Before attending the course, delegates must have the following prerequisite knowledge and experience:
  • Understanding of web page development and design
  • Knowledge of a .NET programming language (Visual Basic .NET or C#)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics CRM development

      • Use the Dynamics CRM Web Services to interact with Dynamics CRM from SharePoint 2007
