MSDN Session: Authorization and Profile Application Block
2 December 2004
Lecture by Peter Himschoot - U2U
If you are involved in designing and developing applications, you probably need
to control how users interact with your applications on a case-by-case basis. For
example, administrators, managers, and employees may need varying levels of access
to your applications, and in some cases an individual user may have different roles
in different applications. It is a significant challenge to enable this flexibility,
particularly in situations where administrators maintain account information in
different authorities and user databases. During this session you will learn how
you can use the Authorization and Profile Application Block to customize the behavior
of an application for individual users.

MSDN Roadshow: Web Development with ASP.NET
November 2004
Workshop by Gert Servranckx - U2U
Microsoft and U2U organized several one-day MSDN trainings on Microsoft's web development
platform with hands-on experience. It was no high-level marketing fluff! U2U designed
a full day hands-on workshop that delivers the technical knowledge you need to start
developing secure, next generation web applications with ASP.NET and Visual Studio
.NET. And best of all was that you were able to try it out yourself immediately
during the many hands-on labs throughout the training.
The ASP.NET Tutor
Microsoft and U2U created a hands-on workshop delivering the initial technical knowledge
you need to start developing secure, next generation web applications with ASP.NET
and Visual Studio .NET.
