Pricing
The prices listed on our course calendar include the participation
to the course or seminar in the U2U training center in Brussels:
The price listed for a course includes the participation to the high quality lecture
and hands-on exercises on an individual pc, a U2U course book (course code starting
with a U) or an official Microsoft Official Courseware (course codes starting with
MS), includes coffee, soft drinks, snacks and a lunch. The price listed for a seminar
includes the participation to the high quality lecture and a U2U course book, includes
coffee, soft drinks, snacks and a lunch. The conditions listed here valid for all
course bookings registered at U2U after 15 January 2009. Price conditions are applicable
only to the courses listed on the public U2U course calendar.
Prices are listed in EURO and do not include 21% VAT. There is no VAT charged for
VAT registered companies in the European Union other than Belgium. VAT will not
be charged for companies outside the European Union.
Discounts
If you book your course online, you can save up to 55% off the listed prices. Depending
on the course, the following discounts might be available:
10% discount, if you bring your own portable pc: We encourage
you to follow a U2U course on your own portable PC. Therefore we offer you a 10%
discount if you bring your own PC to the course; notice that you must have
installed your own software in order to complete the hands-ons and labs. Your PC
configuration should be compliant with following
setup.
15% discount for 14-Day Advance Prepayment: On the more popular
courses, U2U will offer you an extra 15% discount if you pay in advance. To qualify
for this 14-Day Advance Prepayment Discount, U2U must receive the fullpayment of
the training at least two weeks prior to the scheduled course; your registration
will be final and cannot be refunded, cancelled or changed.

Group discounts
15% discount for the second participant of the same company: To
encourage multiple participants in the same course program, U2U offers specialdiscounts
for simultaneous registrations.
25% discount from the third participant of the same company

Cancellations
Cancellations up to 8 days before the course or seminar are at no charge. Cancellations
after this date, as well as no-shows, will be liable for the full registration fee.
Substitutions may be made at any time by providing U2U with written notice of the
names of both the original and sub-stitute registrant. Please send cancellation
